The criteria to become a potential DNC Delegate are as follows: I am an American citizen. I am a registered Democrat. I am 18 years old by the date of the General Election (November 5th, 2024). I will be at the United Center & McCormick Place in Chicago on August 19th-22nd, 2024. I will file my Statement of Candidacy by January 1st, 2024.
