What a time we're living in. We are experiencing two parallel dynamics. Yes, some institutional realities we have always trusted appear to be crumbling in front of our eyes. But simultaneously, a new order of things is struggling to be born. We are living in what has been described as "chaordic times." There is chaos, yes, but also a higher order of things trying to emerge from the chaos. |
Our campaign for President has been a template for a higher order of politics: one that doesn't look back but rather looks forward, addressing the root cause of our problems both in society and in our hearts. That's why volunteers remain active in the states where we are still on the ballot this primary season. They are using this opportunity to articulate — and to give people the chance to vote for — a politics that goes beyond the mechanistic transactions of the 20th Century to represent a more holistic and whole person perspective. Where corporate rule is replaced by human rights. Where systemic injustices are replaced by a new birth of freedom. Where economic opportunity is no longer reserved for too few.
Every vote increases our leverage, giving us an opportunity to participate in a crucial change in American politics. Creating a higher vision for America, we are rejecting the chaos that could otherwise overwhelm us. This way we respond with wisdom and responsible action, to both that which is falling away as well as to that now coming forth. The remaining primaries and caucuses are:
- May 14 - Maryland
- May 21 - Kentucky and Oregon
- May 23 - Idaho
- June 4 - District of Columbia, New Mexico & South Dakota
- June 8 - Guam and the US Virgin Islands
