Hi Sharra, I'm wrapping up an amazing August, having marched and met with folks from California to Michigan to Nevada to New Hampshire to Vermont to Georgia to South Carolina to Texas. This is definitely the most mind-expanding and heart-opening experience of my life. I feel like I am getting to know this country and its people on a level that's more real and more meaningful than ever. |
The campaign, I believe, is growing in excellence. Every day we get more donations and more people are signing up. I hope you are following us on social media so you can see all our video content. More people are sharing with their friends, volunteering, and generating buzz. And none of this could be happening without you.
When the playing field is level, we do great — and yes, with Republicans and Trump voters as well as with Democrats, Independents and Progressives! I hear it everywhere we go. We are absolutely the candidacy with the message to win in 2024.
But while we've been moving forward inch by inch, with the advent of Fall we need to surge.
We simply need to be heard more and seen more, and for that to happen I need more support. While one of my opponents just purchased a $25 Million ad buy and the other is funded heavily by right wing billionaires, our little engine that could needs more fuel in order to make it up the hill.
We need to be out there big time in order to break through. So as we wrap up August, we've set a goal of an immediate $100,000 to add to our operating budget.
While it's a big goal, it's completely within our reach if everyone who is able to contribute could pitch in today. Can you please help us close the gap? |

There are huge institutional forces in this country that are deeply resistant to the kind of change we represent, but we can have it if we want. We just need to all chip in, and to give it all we've got.
